Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Waiter / Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess prior experience in the F&B industry, preferably in a fine dining hotel or restaurant setting. The candidate must demonstrate a high level of professionalism and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: Waiter / Waitress Job in Qatar

• Greet and escort customers to their tables, ensuring a smooth and pleasant dining experience.
• Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding menu items.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff promptly.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner while adhering to the established service standards.
• Monitor and ensure customer satisfaction, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Handle payments and operate the cash register, if required.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the dining area, including the preparation and arrangement of tables.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and management staff to ensure a seamless and efficient dining service.

Requirements: Waiter / Waitress Job in Qatar

• Previous experience in the F&B industry as a waiter/waitress, preferably in a fine dining hotel or restaurant environment.
• Possession of an F&B Health Certificate.
• Excellent personal grooming standards, with a focus on maintaining personal hygiene and appearance.
• Flexibility to extend working hours during busy periods as required.
• Physical fitness to handle long hours of duty effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to ensure a cohesive work environment.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Candidates must be based in Qatar and available to join immediately with a valid resident visa.
