As a Foreman, you will play a pivotal role in leading our sustainable building initiatives, fostering teamwork, and driving efficiency throughout the construction process. Your ability to manage resources effectively and prioritize safety and sustainability will be essential in achieving our project objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Sustainable Project Management: Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules for sustainable building projects, incorporating eco-friendly practices and energy-efficient technologies.
2. Team Management: Hire, train, and lead a skilled workforce, providing clear instructions and delegating tasks to ensure smooth project execution and adherence to timelines.
3. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between property owners, tenants, and the construction team, maintaining open lines of communication and addressing concerns proactively.
4. Resource Procurement: Efficiently manage the procurement of sustainable materials, ensuring their timely delivery to the construction site while adhering to budgetary constraints.
5. Budget Adherence: Monitor project expenses closely, making necessary adjustments to keep the project within the allotted budget without compromising sustainability goals.
6. Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, identifying and mitigating potential hazards on-site to maintain a secure work environment for all personnel.
